2.1 Service Cancellation During Cooling-off Period:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers

  • Pro-rated refund for unused service days

2.2 Service Downtime:

  • Credits applied for outages exceeding 24 continuous hours
  • Calculated as 1/30th of monthly fee per outage day
  • Automatic credit applied to next Accounts cycle

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 The following charges are not eligible for refunds:

  • Installation fees (unless service never activated)
  • Equipment purchases (subject to warranty instead)
  • Early termination fees for contract plans
  • Any usage-based overage charges

4. Installation Fee Refunds

4.1 Full refund of installation fee if:

  • We cannot provide service at your location
  • Technical issues prevent service activation

4.2 No refund if installation is completed but customer cancels service.

5. Equipment Returns

5.1 For service cancellations, equipment must be returned within 14 days.

5.2 Refund of equipment deposit only upon receipt of undamaged gear.

5.3 Customers responsible for return shipping costs unless faulty equipment.

6. Processing Fees
